The supply of items from this site is subject to availability, and although we try our hardest to ensure that we do not offer for sale any items that are out of stock or unavailable, it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the products you want are available for purchase. Many of our items are offered for sale with a specific pre-arranged despatch or collection date. Such products are clearly indicated on the website. Owing to the freshly prepared nature of these products, these delivery dates cannot be altered or varied for individual orders. Please do not order these products if you are unable to receive your order on the indicated delivery date. We are unable to cancel orders or offer refunds for these products, once ordered.
If you order items intended for immediate despatch and these are unavailable at the time of ordering, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and let you know the likely delay in dispatching your order. If you are unhappy with the delay that we notify to you, you may cancel your order with us for a full refund at any time up until the point that we despatch your order.
As we are continually improving the our products, some specifications may vary slightly from descriptions on this website.

Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible and this will normally be within 2 working days but at busy times we cannot guarantee this. On those occasions when for any reason we are likely to be unable to process an order within 2 days, then a notice to this effect and advising of the likely delay will be clearly displayed on the site.
As many of our products are perishable, all orders will be despatched by next day courier. We do not despatch orders on a Friday to ensure that products do not sit with our couriers over a weekend. Delivery charges are applied at check-out and will be based on the size of your order.
We are currently not able to ship any items to addresses outside the UK.
A free-of-charge local collection service is available for those customers who are able to collect their order from The Parkers Arms. If you choose this delivery option, you will be advise by email when your parcel is ready for you to collect.
